Brown's Super Sports Camps!
Brown’s Sports camps are great for kids ages 4-12 because we keep the kids active all day! We do a range of activities and sports, indoor and outdoor, that range from Soccer, Football, Volley ball, Basket Ball and Dodge Ball, to parachute games, races, basic karate, obstacle courses and even building snow forts and sledding in the winter!
A Typical Day includes:
- Show & Tell
- Racing games
- Group activity (e.g. Outdoor sports or indoor obstacle course etc…)
- GLO(game of low organization)
- Lunch (1hour)
- Free Play
- Group Activity (Indoor/Outdoor Sports)
- Obstacle Course
- Dodge Ball!!!
The hours are 8-5. Drop-Off anytime after 8:00am. Pick-up anytime before 5:00pm.
Lunch and snacks are provided by parents on all days except Friday’s.
Brown’s will provide the pizza lunch on Fridays and popcorn for the movie in the afternoon.
Winter Camp Checklist
Registration is considered complete when all of the necessary information has been received (via online registration or email only. Phone calls will need to be followed by an email confirmation) along with a deposit of $50 for each week your child will attend.
Balance payments will be due no later than 10 days before your child’s first day of camp (first week your child will attend).
We accept cheque, cash, debit, Visa or MasterCard.
NSF Cheques – There is a $45 admin fee for all NSF/returned cheques.
Cancellations for March Break Camp are allowed up to February 15th, 2019. We do require written notice, received at Brown’s Martial Arts, if you wish to cancel or change anything regarding your subscription. Cancellations made after February 15th, 2019 are non-refundable. Fees may be transferred to an alternate week subject to space availability.
Please note, your initial deposit is non-refundable. We will however refund you the balance of your fees.
There are absolutely no refunds, in full or in part, offered on Early Bird rates, Single or Half days!
No refunds will be given after February 15th, 2019!
We know how summer plans can change. So, if space is available in an alternate week and you wish to change your child’s week, you may do so. We just require your request in writing at least 10 days prior to your child’s start date. If an alternate week is not available, fees paid may be used for future Camps or events.
The exception to the above “changing weeks” policy is in the case of child illness. If your child is ill and is not able to participate in the week that they are scheduled, you may change your child’s week without providing 10 days’ notice.
We do require a Doctor’s note in this case but we’ll be happy to find another week for your child.
*Please note that this policy only applies if your child will be missing 3 or more days of their scheduled week
All requests for change MUST be made by email and are subject to availability.
All single day and half day camp fees are non refundable.
Late Pick Up Policy
Should a child be picked up late (After 5:00 pm) from camp on any given day, a $15 + hst charge will apply for every 10 minutes past the above stated pick up time.
